In a tournament setting, "Dark Hole" is banned; you can't have it in your deck; same thing goes with "Change of Heart". While it may be an OK deck to try out on your school buddies, all this is is a "beatdown" deck, and will stand little chance against the fine-tuned deck of a seasoned tournament player. 3/10

It's usable to reacquaint yourself with the rules, but it's not good.

Your need to have a specific goal for your deck, and a strategy for how to execute it. If you look at the range of cards you'll find that there are many which work together to support a common goal, and a deck built with these cards will do better than one built with random cards you had lying around.

In a tournament, 1-2 at most. You have a couple of banned cards, but even ignoring that the lack of synergy will result in other decks picking yours apart.
