Probably not, and if they are anyone that uses them is probably at risk of being banned from xbox live if caught. Probably best to purchase xbox live codes and points legally.

You what is real....Microsoft banning everyone who uses those codes. If you use one you will never ever be able to use LIVE.

No, they aren't. For a code to be active you have to buy it. Say you go into a game store. Take however many you want off the shelves. Until the cash register gets the card you can't use it, since it isn't activated.

More than likely there just going to steal your password and anything of of value like credit card info and stuff like that
